Our company boasts a R&D and production team with an average of over 10 years of experience in the circular knitting machinery industry. We have independently built modern machining workshops equipped with CNC vertical and horizontal lathes, 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining centers, CNC grinders, and other advanced equipment.
For years, we have been committed to serving high-end customers in developed industrial countries such as Europe, Japan, the United States, and South Korea, as well as domestic premium clients. With an annual output of 200 to 300 precision circular knitting machines sold domestically and internationally, our products have won wide acclaim from customers.
We own independent intellectual property rights for more than 100 varieties of circular knitting machines. Since our establishment, we have consistently adhered to strict German and Japanese industrial manufacturing standards to control every production process. The knitting mechanisms are exclusively made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy and high-quality German-made alloy die steel. Incorporating the world's latest industrial design concepts, we have refined every detail—from machine operability and ergonomic design to surface coating—delivering an exceptional sensory experience.
Our company boasts a 5,000-square-meter standard plant, encompassing office areas, employee dormitories and recreational spaces, as well as garden-style leisure areas. Adhering to 6S Management Standards, the workshop area is divided into standardized operation zones, spraying zones, and spare parts storage zones. We implement strict and standardized machine assembly and production processes, ensuring every circular knitting machine is meticulously manufactured in accordance with unified quality standards.
Executive Floor Introduction
The administrative floor of the company is planned to house functional departments including the Administration Department, Finance Department, R&D Department, Production Department, Procurement Department, staff canteen, and business meeting rooms. We have elaborately created an integrated model of business negotiations and leisure, with corporate and product culture promoted through videos and images throughout the floor, allowing customers to experience the belief of "SEIKO QUOALITY POWER UNCOMMON".
Machine Quality Control
For every machine manufactured by the company, fabric feeding and in-depth commissioning will be carried out in accordance with the primary raw materials that the customer uses for actual production. Only after the customer confirms the surface quality of the sample fabric can the machine unit be subject to vacuum rust-proof packaging and then delivered to the customer’s workshop. Each machine leaving the factory must be free from inherent mechanical defects. Upon arrival at the customer’s workshop, the machine can start normal production only after its accuracy is rechecked.
